Quality Forms & Setting Up Your Team
about 12 minutes
GoalTurn on the inspection forms your work requires, and give every employee the right level of access.
Quality — 27 forms, enable what you use
The Forms Library (Company bucket) carries 27 inspection templates across eight trades — general QC (material inspections, nonconformance reports, punch lists), steel, welding (WPS, welder qualification with bend tests and the 6-month continuity rule, visual weld inspection), HVAC, concrete, electrical, envelope, and safety (JHA, toolbox talks, incident reports). Enable the ones your work requires; crews file them from Quality → New Inspection, and code-required forms carry their standard reference.
Team — unlimited users, scoped access
- Settings → Users → Add User: name, email, phone, and a role.
- Send the invited person their single-use join link — the modal hands it to you on creation.
- Roles ship for the real org chart: Admin, Estimator, Project Manager, Quality Manager, Bookkeeper, Foreman, Field Worker, Viewer.
- Settings → Roles & Permissions tunes any role — or builds a custom one — across sections (none / read-only / full) and specific feature permissions.
Every plan includes unlimited users. Put the whole crew in — a Field Worker login that can punch time and file a form costs you nothing extra.
Try it yourself
- Enable the welding forms (or your trade's set) in the Forms Library.
- Invite a teammate as Foreman and send them their join link.
- Open Roles & Permissions and read what a Field Worker can and can't see.
Key takeaways
- 27 platform form templates; enable per company, file per project.
- Eight ready-made roles plus custom roles, with section-level and feature-level control.
- Users are unlimited on every plan — access is scoped by role, not by seat count.
